Shipping Policy

**CURRENT COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 situation limiting our fulfillment capacity while also bringing an increase in total packages to fill, we're unfortunately seeing delayed total fulfillment times of up to 5 weeks. This is on the extreme end, as most orders are still getting out in our normal fulfillment window listed below, but we want to make sure to be up front with you guys during this strange time. We're working hard to improve efficiency and speed up fulfillment time while Stay-At-Home orders are still in place and begin slowly lifting. We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you so much for your patience and support!

Domestic Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days of ordering using standard shipping, which will take between 2 to 7 business days for you to receive.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in "New", unworn condition. Items will be inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility. Deodorant stains, pet hair, odor, signs of washing or drying, etc. are all means for a declined return and forfeited item.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@hazyboyapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
